The 2.64-inch PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead delivers prints up to 18m²/hr in photo quality. It features auto-switching between two different media types or sizes and an automatic take-up reel for high productivity roll-to-roll printing. The new drop-in auto paper loading system allows inexperienced users to easily handle media, including cutsheet and posterboard. Includes Wi-Fi connectivity for flexible placement.
Scan Quickly, Easily, and Securely
The integrated scanner supports encrypted data transmission to secure locations or saving scans to encrypted SSDs, ensuring secure scanning workflows.
Highly Detailed Prints, Every Time
The SC-P8500DM’s 6-colour UltraChrome Pro6 pigment inkset, including a new grey ink, broadens the colour gamut and provides smooth gradation and less graininess. This results in print quality equivalent to other 8-colour printers. The PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead, Variable Sized Droplet Technology, and Nozzle Verification Technology combine to produce vibrant, high-quality images. Additionally, it’s equipped with Adobe PS 3 for faster processing times for complex image reproduction.
